Return and Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is as simple as it can get.

• You are eligible for refund within 3 days of receiving your results.
• No refund will be effective if your requirements at the time of purchase of a service have been met by us.
• Refunds can be sought for only if the results are substandard and your requirements have not been fulfilled.
• The amount refunded would depend on the difference between requirements made by you and requirements fulfilled by us.
• The refund would be initiated within the 3 days timeframe and would be completed within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel from a service within the first 3 days from your purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund, unless you have received your results within this timeframe.
